Car Track debiting my account unauthorized

I would like to rate car track, they have been debiting my account unauthorized for more than 4 month now, I have been escalating to their team but nothing is being done to fix this, they gave me a discount offer which I have paid and they promised to clear my arears, ever since December they are failing to update their system.i have spoken to several agents about this including Thandi Mbatha, hlanganani Ndlovu and more. I am really getting annoyed of them debiting my account more than what I have authorised, this is theft. The same energy they are giving when debiting my account they should also practice it and update their system, what kind of system takes more than 3 months to debit.
