Car track charging for cancelled services

I am so annoyed with the service that I have received from car track with regards to cancelling my roaming services. I requested that it be cancelled 4 months ago already and I was told it was done. Now suddenly I am told that that I owe over a thousand. This consultant by the Name of Nandipha asked me " what do you suggest we do because you should pay the money" . Haibo. I am disappointed shem and honestly the service was horrible. Imagine being transferred to over 5 people who all could not assist
