Car Track catch in contract.

So we took a cartrack contract on my bike and on our Tiguan. Beware these are 3 year contracts, and as communicated by the lady helping me on the phone, they don't tell you that, you have to read your Terms and conditions, so my bike get ******, they couldn't recover my bike but I still have to pay as I am still under contract even thou they couldn't keep up their end of the contract, now i have to pay R2600 to get out of my contract which didn't help me get my bike back. So if you go into business with them, beware, they only have 3 year contracts and you stay responsible for the contract even if your vehicle is ******.
