Car track can't be trusted

A car was auctioned and I wanted them to remove the vehicle from auctioned car to my new car, they said I must track it myself and give them the location. Imagine they want me to do their job and pay them. Is disgusting, becareful of this people. Now am paying for a device am not using, they are forcing me to cancel and pay 2k for cancellation. I hate this company so much
