Car track cancelation nightmare

In 2025 I renewed my contract with car track after it expired,I have been with them since 2018. Unfortunately I was involved in car accident and my car was a write off. I then called car track to cancel my subscription surprisingly I was told I have 2 options either I continue paying my premiums until my contract expires in 2028 or pay cancelation fee of R2640. I dnt have that kind of money so they insist I pay my monthly premium and they immediately increased the premium from R149 to R163 and deducted it for next month. I would understand if I decided to cancell the contract while the car is functional but now I feel like I am being punished for something I have no control of and to me its like a daylight *******. I am really stuck.
