The worst tracking service when it comes to billing and your finances I have paid my account and they don't check their bank statements they are quickly to black list you go into your bank account when they are told in advance that you are unemployed and need a payment arrangements no consultants get back to you they have placed my bank account in a negative balance of over R5k with debit order reversals and refusing to pay back these REVERSAL charges eventhough they have been advised for 2 years that I no longer use the account and their credit control process doesn't have a proper mandate as per the NCA
