Car track being the worst tracking company

I am boiling because of such poor service, I had car track long ago and recently my car was hijacked and unfortunately I'm out of the country so most of my things are behind, called in panic that my car was hijacked the staff showed absolutely no sympathy, because i had to fill up dozens of forms, which I finished at about 12pm , my car was taken at 7:00am, my car was then recovered and Im liable to pay R25000 I have no problem paying, but no one from the service provider is giving any form of update, no one is telling me when i should start with payments, now when I call the Karu contol room, my call is dropped, spoke to the lady by the name of Thandeka a few days ago, who promised that she will foward me certain documents which will help me to reach a conclusion with my car issue, will this day I am still waiting for those, I've made numerous calls and still, I have no response.
