Car track bad treatment

I have lost 3 bikes with car track none was ever recovered. First incident they fail to pay my refund even though their unit was faulty. Several times they changed them still didn't work. Till today no one ever responded

Now its been 4 months they diducting for a ****** bike. When I call I get different responses. Car track I need my refund because you guys told me u can't find my bike. So honestly I need the money you have been deducting *******ly to my account. At the mean time I'm still waiting for a technician to fix a faulty device. Honestly this is unprofessional
