Car Track are useless

I have had 5 alerts from car track within an hour, one responder said when you start your car, you must turn my app off, no matter how i explain i am no one is near my car. Same confirmation every time to verify who i am. I pass on my reg, over and over ...is there any one confident there..? Speak to a supervisor, they put the car down on you...Contrack is not being met or serviced...Company i work for has a fleet of 900 vehicles with you....sort it out
