Car track are ********

My car was ****** on 31 December 2018 but later recovered however was declared a write off by the insurance. I notified car track that my car was written off and but they bul**** me to pay a cancellation fee of R1700.00. I have been without a car for 7 months but I was forced to pay for a service I did not use, I have been sent final letters of demands telling me that I am in arrears for a tracking system that I last used on January 2019. I refuse to pay for cancellation fee and be penalized as if I am voluntarily cancelling a contract for the fun of it but my car being ****** was an unforeseen circumstance. Worst part I was talking to the most rude consultant by the name of Sonia Makhuwa, in-fact rude is an understatement she was so arrogant just like the company she works for. Lesson learnt is: do not take up a car track contract it is the worst!!!!!!!!
