CAR TRACK APP NOT FUNCTIONING

If it were possible to give Car Track no star in the rating I would.

Car Track App is not functioning. I have made several calls to Car Track complaining about the app not functioning. On my initial call, I was told that the devices on my vehicles would be reset. Next call, same, Third call, I was informed to use the website to track my vehicles. On the fourth call I was informed that IT was working on the App. Yesterday and the previous day, the App worked. Today, the App is not working again. No one at Car Track can assist or provide time frames when the App will be working. Customer Services can only take a client's number for a supervisor to get back to the client.

So right now, I am paying for a service on more than one vehicle, that does not work.
