Car track agent service a disgust!

I have been trying to get a tracker for my car woth car track since the 17th Feb to date I have no receiced any help. Each time I call I am put on hold and told they aretrying to get hold of the previous owner to het him to cancel. He has been called more than 7 times now, but I still do not have the tracker, Ayanda Mazibuko was supposed to call me on Friday, she didn't, I called again yesterday, again she was gonna call me back, she didn't. I called again today spoke to Nomathamsanqa Mhlungu, again was told the story of calling the previous owner 3 times, and she refused to let me speak to her manager. If I struggle like this to get this tracker, I wonder how the seevice is going to be like along the way, Disgusted!
