CAR TRACK ADMIN UP TO S**T!!!

I honestly wish there was a 0-star review for CarTrack.

You guys sound like the nicest people when you sign up, but as soon as payments need to be made or a unit needs to be moved from one car to another, YOUR ADMIN IS UP TO ****!!!!!!!

Firstly you want MORE money out of your client, just to move one unit to another car, then if that one is faulty, you charge the client for the faulty one to be replaced?!?! Seriously??

Secondly, your call centre agents lie. You ask them if they can put a note of the system, they say they will, then they don't. When you call again, the next person says they don't see any such note on the system, and so it goes on and on.

And lastly, don't think you can cancel your subscription quick quick. I don't even want to know what a mess that will be!!!! Just for cancelling your subscription early, you also get penalised.

FIX YOUR ADMIN CARTRACK!! YOU GUYS ARE USELESS!!

I had to scream at your call centre agents because no one understand English either!!
