Car track a no no

<div>I emailed and cancelled. My car track In December, account was up to date, I have received calls on a daily basis maybe up to 10, asking for money I sent in the cancellation letter they finally sent me, I've emailed so many times complaining about their shoddy accounts system, terrible service, a nightmare to deal with, no one even answers emails, lo and behold this morning R505 is debited from my account and I cannot even stop this debit order. The harrasment received from this company is beyond a joke, they can find time to call you a zillion times asking for money, but not one return email or phone call to rectify their mistake. So, I will have to close my account now that I have had for 10 years, as I cannot stop a debit order and their accounts system is an absolute ***** up. For goodness sake do not take up a contract with them. And BTW make sure you know when your contract ends as they automatically renew it for you and you stuck for another however many years.</div>
