Car ****** but no assistance from Cartrack

My car VW Polo Maxx 2015 model was ****** on the 06/03/2022 and never recovered even though I contacted Cartrack. Now I’ve been paying the car the has been ****** every month. I opened a case with the police and till today my car was not recovered. Cartrack keeps debiting my account but no has helped me with my claim with Cartrack for my ****** car.
