Car services are *******!!!

The car track company is abusing my wife her car got into an accident on December 2023 we reported the car as we wanted to cancel the contract in January and until to this date she is told she's in area's owing car track.but we called first and reported before she could owe car track.the company is bullying it's customers and even if she reverse the payment the debit three following days and other tracking companies have respect to its customers but car track it's a ****!!!
