Car offline for more than a week without Cartrack noticing.
My car was "offline" for about a week. I didn't receive any email/WhatsApp/call or any for of communication about this.
I submitted a ticket querying why my car tracker is not working.
These guys upsell you at every chance they get. Very annoying.
