****** Car Never Recovered

It's been a year since my car was ******. On the day of the incident when I called to report my case. The presentative who handled the case was not sincere, no sense of urgency nor willingness to help.

Whenever I followed up with my case, they kept telling me "there is nothing they can do but to keep the case open" until they find the car. The car was never found!

In their advert, they emphasize on how quick they are to retrieve a ****** car, but that's not the case.

The company has failed me and did not honor what they value and promised.
