Car accident dashboard camera footage from Head office Please.

My vehicle was in an accident on the 9th of March 2025 (20h00 - 20h20)I have been waiting ever since the 9th of March 2025 for the footage. Cartrack took my dashboard camera which has the registration of the vehicle that drove into my vehicle and fled the scene. I need the footage to submit to the insurance and police station, as we speak my Kombi is written off (this was my only mode of income). I visited the cartracker branch in klerksdorp several times and the head office keeps giving me issues (last person from that office I spoke to was Katlego)
