I have a problem with cartracker they have been debit in my account with the contract that I don't have with them , I called to sort out this mess the've been cousing me they checked on their system & agreed that the contract it's not mine it's someone I know & he lost a job sometimes last year so he was not able to pay them monthly & I guess he gave them my account no. To debit wich is ***** . They now ask for my confirmation letter I did send to them & they said its sorted on the system , 4 months later they now debited 2 000 today I had to gobto the bank to reverse it cos I can't reverse on my phone because for the past 18 months I've been doing that ...can hellopeter please assist in exposing them ...I'm writing this coming from hospital now had to Capitec: Debit Order -R2000.00 from SAVINGS ACCOUNT; Ref CARTRACK CART24H12MP3CY210825NAEDO DR 24; Avail R6486.35; 25-Aug.
