Can't reschedule installation

I have been calling since before 4pm to reschedule as my car broke down and is at the mechanic till Monday afternoon. Called multiple times and didn't get through and call was dropped. When I eventually got through I was told they are closed for the day and are only open Monday to Friday however your terms and conditions state that call out fee will be charged if appointment is not kept. The service on the phone was terrible stating that she can't help me.
