Can't remove tracker cause I'm not their "Client" but the tracker is on my car

I am in the middle of a separation and a divorce, I am paying for the vehicle and the car is on my name my partner then pays for the tracker, I have sent the consultant the copy of my ID and the cars registration papers, I have called cartrack for a solid 2 weeks, and it seems to be unfair, cause Kim Adams has rep**** to my email, saying I need to go to the Police station to get an affidavit, now... Kim I just started at a new place of work, and all I am asking is for your company to remove the tracker from the vehicle or I'm going to apply for a different insurance company and they will have to do it, I've now become so dik of your putrid service that I will leave it soema in the car so once I drive the car around so my partner can see where im going.

How does that sound that cartrack?
