CANT FIND YOUR CAR!!!!!

I had (still have) a CARTRACK system in my car and my husband's car. More than a year ago I called them to do a spot check on my car. I was told my car is in ACTONVILLE which is +/- 15km from where my vehicle was actually parked. The person on the phone told me to call back in two days as they will reset the co-ordinances on my car. I called back in two days time and was told my vehicle was near Benoni High School. About 10km from where my vehicle was at the time. This was no good to me and I decided to cancel the contract with them and move over to TRACKER. I requested that they immediately remove their system.They never came to remove the system and kept sending me a bill every month which I refused to pay. Now my battery keeps running flat because of the TWO systems in my vehicle and CARTRACK refuses to remove their system until I pay all the arrears even if I have proof of the request to cancel. I am afraid that I will get stranded because of this situation but they don't seem to care. I would like to inform all INSURERS of the risk that CATRACK has on their clientele. They don't know where the vehicles are!!! no use at all in a time of need!!!
