Cansellation and debit order decuction

We bought a new vehicle from Renault Kimberley, they let cartrack install a tracker into our vehicle, without our concent. We did not sign anyting with cartrack, when we discover it the lady at the dealership cancel Cartrack, but nothing happen, they deduct the monthly payment from my banking account. I reject the debit order on my banking app, but still it goes through, The bank said they can do nothing about it. How that can be I realy don't now. I am dissatisfied with Cartrack and the bank! Do their people know about admin. I see that cartrack answer every complain the same. I do not think that they even read it, it's like a simulation answer.
