Cannot get the cartrack removed from my vehicle

Car Track are quick to get a tracking device fitted in your car and to debit your account

But when it comes to having the tracking device removed It is damn near impossible - actually it is impossible

The removal of the unit =was scheduled for Thursday 10th August at 8am I received a call that same day at 1pm, to say that the technician was ill

It was rescheduled for Monday 14th August at 8am The call centre called at 7.20am to confirm the appointment at 8am Appointment confirmed by myself 09.20am - no one had arrived, I called the scheduling department, they said they would call me back 10.26 they call back saying the will reschedule

4 days later I still have not hear from them!

Disgusting service and will not ever use them for my personal vehicle nor my company fleet
