Cancelled contract but they still debit

I wrote a review 2 weeks ago complaining that they debit me out of my concern, I did have a contract with them and I felt their just taking money for nothing since their unit wasn’t working and they wanted money to fit a new unit and that I got 9 years paying them. I cancelled but still they wanted to debit cash from my account now changing dates. Called their call center, consultants are rude telling me I have to allow it to debit at least for 2 months before they stop. Question is, is it a loan or contract that I can cancel anytime after 3 years. Today they have debit 79 I don’t know what is it for, this company is messing out my account 😡😡

I wouldn’t recommend it anywhere. Even moved my wife’s car to CTracker because this ones feels entitled on our many they even change amounts and dates.
