Cancelled appointment with no reason.

Really disappointed with cartrack, took out a car tracking policy last Thursday, was called the next day (on friday) to schedule an appointment, was told only available slot is the following Friday between 1pm-4pm, a bit far, but okay. Was sent a reminder on the thursday before the set appointment, Cleared my day and stayed home for the installation, received a text on the friday around 8am, to inform me that the technician will arrive approximately at 9:30am(also not as agreed) but okay. 12pm hits No one comes, i call and im told i should expect the technician anytime during the day before 4pm, at this point i ask whether im just supposed to nothing and wait the whole day, anyways i wait. 3:49pm i receive a call from scheduling department, they drop the call, i call back and im told they calling to schedule, i tell the consultant that what happened to today’s appointment, he says the technician cancelled and there isnt a reason for cancellation. A whole day wasted. Had to cancel the policy because imagine how it will be like once ive joined. Did not expect such service from cartrack honestly🚮
