cancellation of tracking service
I've just called Cartrack to cancel my account with them since my car has been handed over to the bank and it's under a new insurance company, I don't own the car anymore and the cars gonna be auctioned to another person. Now they're telling me that I'm liable for R1700 for breach of contract cause I signed a 3 year contract now my question is I never signed for anything like that and how do I pay for a tracking device that I don't even own or use for that matter, please help me cause I can't be paying for those premiums or for that cancellation fee of R1700 for a car that is being used by somebody else. . Please help me in this regard.

In terms of the verbal subscription agreement entered into, you confirmed and consented to being held liable for a cancellation fee.
