Cancellation of services

I am very disappointed in Cartrack. Due to financial reasons I wanted to cancel my service with them Now I have been receiving letters of demand for cancellation fees which I cannot afford and in the first place wanted to cancel the services due to financial reasons. On the other hand no on offered me a more affordable package as an alternative option. Very unhappy with their service in general as well.
