Cancellation of service.

Hi.

Cartrack called me and offered a deal. The agent said they running a promotion for Youth Month and the deal was 150 with free installation and the access to the app. After installation I find out that the app is not included in my packaged. They needed to be up front from the get go. I want the service cancelled.

Worse they gave me an incorrect email on Twitter. My emails are bouncing back and no one has bothered to call me back as I have requested on their dm.
