Cancellation of device

I would not recommend this company to anyone what a disappointment after so much high expectations for them.

The car was written off, therefore no longer there. These people are asking me to pay a cancellation fee of R2000. So now I must pay R2000 I do not have an because of an event that was beyond my control. They are such a ******* and do not care about the state of their customers. There should circumstances where the customer is not penalised for cancellation. But they would not do that for their customers cause they are not about customers, they are about themselves. They don't even sympathise with customers, all they care about is you not cancelling your contract. They know very well that cars get ****** and not be found or written off. Why would a person enter continue paying for 3 year for the service you are not getting.

And when you want to cancel you get to hear the device costs and everything...
