Cancellation gone wrong - Written off vehicle

I have been trying to cancel the car track on my vehicle that has been written off but these agents persist and lie that they tried to call me, but my phone has not even rung. They asked for a time to call and still haven't received a call back. I have emailed, WhatsApp I am not paying anymore for something that i don't own,,,, I dont want a call just cancel this thing
