CANCELLATION FOR CONTRACT.

pathetic services from cartrack , i called early this year to cancel my services i told them that i was involved in an accident and car is a write off, the agent that was assisting e told me the unfortunately there is nothing i can do but to keep on paying as what i have with them is a contract.. if i want to cancel i need to pay some cancellation fee of R2650.00 or continue paying the the car that i don't even know where it is. today i called again to cancel my services and wanted to pay off that cancellation fee, tey are telling me that they will mark my request as a cancellation request and i pay off the R2650.00 but they will still debit my monthly subcribtion. can someone explain to me that what on earth when you ask for the contract to be called, you still pay month subscription while they care charging cancelation fee.

i am not disputing the fee of R2650.00 of which i understand that is a bridge of contract but while i are still changing the monthly subscription.

they are agent especially Thabang Mokoena is worser bad services he doesn't know how to service client, i was assist by Zintle Nkambinde and Charity BUT THABANG MOKOENA IS THE WORSE AGENT
