Cancellation
They keep debiting my account even after I requested for a cancellation. I paid for the 20 days notice period but theyre still debiting. May I ask why are you debiting my account where as I requested for a cancellation in March. I was advised of the 20 days notice period and I even paid for April, why am I being debited?
