CANCELLATION

For the past 2 weeks i have been trying to cancel the tracking device contract with car tracker. When i called them on the 5th of April I was advised of of a cancellation fee since my 36 months is not yet up, I asked the consultant (Mercy)to send me the sales call recording of when i took the contract which she didn't. I called back on the 7th and spoke to Tracy who also promised to send the recording by COB & i never received it. I called again on the 8th * spoke to Megan, she made the same promise as the other consultants and she kept it. She called me back on the same day and sent the recordings.<br> <br> I acknowledged the cancellation fee and asked that they proceed with the cancellation, since then i have been sent from pila to post,apparently some Nicolas guy is supposed to call me and assist with the cancellation which he hasn't. I was told my broker (BSURE) is supposed to assist with thee cancellation and i have called them 3 times now & still no luck...the reference that is on the debit is CARTRACK so have no idea why i need to speak to other people to cancel or why is it such a nightmare to cancel.
