Cancellation

Car track is the worst company I’ve ever seen I paid R2650 for cancellation fee plus R163 for August. They say i need to 20 days for it to process. 20 later they say I didn’t pay. They send me an email showing that I have paid both the cancellation and for August. Then they say I didn’t pay for June and July. This a joke. Either the account department is not their job properly or they just want to get free money their whole life after paying that much to then. What a shame.
