Cancellation ****!!

Cartrack is a disappointment, my car was hit and now is written off, tried cancelling my plan as I can't pay for a car that is not even moving but written off, was told to pay a cancellation fee or R2000 and something for cancelling due to my car being written off, I have proof and reports that I was in an accident and the car is written off. And to top it all off I was just recently retranched but they don't care they want me to pay R2000 and odds or I'll be blacklist,what nonsense is that, isn't like I'm just cancelling coz I found a better deal or anything, I'm Cancelling with reasons with proof, the agent told me they will not proceed with the cancellation until I pay the cancellation fee!!
