CANCELLATION

Car track is making it very difficult to terminate my contract with them after I've told them that my car was written off in September 2023 last year, I've been paying for a device that's not in use. I asked if I cant downgrade the package to the lowest one until my contract matures which would be in November 2024. They saying its going to be a new contact going on for another 3 years, but with which car because I clearly said I NO LONGER HAVE A CAR.
