Cancellation

I recently cancelled my cartrack device in my vehicle as it had been sold; the first call was pretty seamless, then over the weekend I received numerous calls to close the cancellation - tantamount to say all individuals after the first call were beyond useless. Then, I decided to make one last call to Cartrack and spoke with Nompumelelo Mphuthi - she was very accomodating, handled my anger and fury with aplomb and dealt the matter quickly and without fuss. I cannot recommend her highly enough - if I ever deal with Cartrack again I will ask specifically for Nompumelelo - fantastic job and well done!
