Cancellation

I have cancelled my account with cartrack but it is debiting despite my reversal of the premium.

I would appreciate it if the deductions and deactivation of the instrument can be done with immediate effect.

Cartrack was sent an email in April for deactivation. I have been with them for more than seven years and have not breached any contract.
