Cancellation

I am very angry at what the Cartrack Durban branch is doing to me!! I called them to cancel the contract a long time ago. During the call there was a misunderstanding so the guy on the other side of the phone told me he is going to cancel the cancelletaion we were discussing. As a result they increased the premium and set up something that calls me everday at 7h30 in the morning. They also increased the premium to double the amount I was paying. They keep debiting these amounts even though they are not provided for that way attracting further fees on my side. I have tried my best and the only option left is the report to the Ombudsman
