Cancelation of cartrack contract.

Dear cartrack, I am still asking you to cancel my contract as I send email on 28 September 2024 that my car was sold via We Buy Cars and I even included reference number to show that my vehicle is sold. I am tired of been harassed by you agent as I see my request went to deaf ears.please send me a contract that says is someone has sold a car or got involved in accident they must still continue with paying their subscription.
