Cancelation not cleared

Good day I just want to share my experience. Cartrack is the worst ever. I don't think I'll go back to them they a ****.

Last year around January I lost everything and I explained to cartrack when I have money I'll pay it. In August I was in a accident and the car was written off. Cartrack kept on phoning me while I was in hospital. And I started blocking numbers.

November I got a job this lady called Nobuhle she phoned me and told me I got 50% discount on my account I said ok. I can't pay now because it's in the middle of the month she said ok she will phoned me again. Ok she did after I got paid. She explained everything to me I understood. I said please tell me the amount that I should pay in total please I want to pay and never look back. She gave me an amount of R3145 I said ok I'll pay it now. I asked if I pay this amount is everything cleared from the system. And my debts is cleared she said yes after this payment your contract will be closed and we will send a cancelation letter on the 17th of December. Ok that day they send it.

I went app**** for a car and I was still blacklisted since january 2025. I phoned them and they cleared my name.

Now this year end of January 2026 they are sending me a letter and saying I'm still owing them a R1600 for my installments I did not pay. I talked to Nobuhle again she said she will talk to her supervisor. Till this day she did not answer me. And now they are sending me messages saying they are going to blacklist me again. I mean I asked the full amount to get cartrack off my back and look forward. But they still demand money from me.

And I asked Nobuhle to send me a paid up letter I'm still waiting. I mean I was with cartrack for 2 years and on of my cars got ****** and they still did not get my car. If I asked to what about the R150000 that you should pay if they did not get my car. And cartrack told me I did not test the unit.

So I want my matter to be done with cartrack so I can move on. If they keep one sending me this messages then I will take further steps because. Cartrack is not serious they just want money but they have poor performance
