Cancelation

I had several conversations with this company to cancel my contract. Because of the service I got from them for years I have been them. My car battery was taken out of my car never did they call yo check if everything was ok. And I told them the long time ago to cancel my contract now they want to list me as a bad payer for something that is not my fault.
