Cancel my account please

I have canceled car track due to bad service and tracker that does not even alert when battery is disconnected or harsh driving!!!!! I have been telling them I don't want it anymore but keep sending me messages and emails they want to blacklist me. My question is "are we not suppose to cancel"?

Their service is really really bad I would never advise anyone to use it!
