Cancel Cartrack - Pathetic Service

Truly awful experience trying to cancel with Cartrack. The process is delayed and extended with promise of escalation but then nothing.

None of the consultants seem to care about good customer service.

I am being charged for a service that I no longer need. I sold the car 8 months ago and these people are making it so difficult to cancel! I can't believe such poor service exists!

Reading the other reviews I am mortified that this company has not lost all its customers. Oh wait, maybe it's because they make it so difficult for you to leave!

Surely this is unconstitutional.
