Cancel Cartrack

I am disappointed in Cartrack they unprofessional and rude (SINDISWE M and MPHO) at client service.My device has not working for at least 6 months now but i was being debited only to find out when i call client service to explain my Frustration explaining i would expect you guys to be the first to call when the device is faulty or you are unable to ping it she rep**** i should of read my contract ( sindiswe M) so i asked what happens now she gave me wrong advise with an attitude I have since canceled my contract with them
