Call Center pretending not to hear me over the Phone

Car Track call center service is very poor they pick up and pretend to not be hearing a word you are saying to them, hanged up call back about 4 time every one assisting was not hearing me, had to call the Boksburg branch for assistance if it wasn't for the Boksburg branch i would have not been assisted, Such poor display from the call center service
