I had previously written a review on this platform (see below) and i was impressed that it was addressed almost immediately when leslie contacted me saying my account has canceled, i thought this was the end of the story, but my elation was short-lived as i continuously still receive calls from their lawyers for collection, even though i had both telephonic and documented evidence of the cancelation. perhaps because the letter of cancellation was not backdated to the 20 working days after 20 December 2023.

[I had a contract with Cartrack that shifted to a month-to-month basis upon maturity. On 20th December 2023, I decided to cancel the service for two reasons: Cartrack's failure to continue providing the agreed-upon services, and personal financial constraints. As permitted by the Consumer Protection Act, I promptly notified Cartrack of my intention to cancel via email, using the registered account email address. Despite this, my cancellation request was initially ignored. Following several interactions and in good faith, I manually paid for the notice period, yet Cartrack continues to attempt debiting my account.
