Buying from this company is like playing the lotto, but with even worse odds

Let's start off by saying that this company has such great customer service whether on voice or chat...On voice you get placed on hold and forgotten about wasting your airtime on chat you can wait all day for a response from chat. Firstly there aren't any names provided so I don't know if I am chatting to a bot or a person if it is a bot well they learnt very quickly to start ignoring messages... I lost my job and asked for grace but that could not happen I then app**** for a r350 grant which I got and well well well Cartrack took it just like that. I then found a job and they have been debiting me but now I find out my outstanding amount is 3k and was 1k in April... I never once received an invoice nor can I log in to the account to see if I can even get an invoice... It's unfortunate that I tried reaching out to make an arrangement... Either s**** my account come take out you **** which is currently hanging loose in my glovebox...So nice to see it hanging there i wouldn't if a car ***** will even notice this display... I know I will just get an automated response or just a copy and paste template from whoever monitors your online reviews but I think I will rather take my business else where 👍
